Bill Mathis, GRI, CRB
After serving in the U.S. Army, our founder, Bill Mathis started his next chapter of life as a Realtor® . Bill has been a business owner for more than 30 years. He takes a special approach to real estate, one that is centralized on personal attention, local market knowledge and positive results for all parties. Bill is passionate about educating buyers and sellers on the real estate process and he’s committed to educating, mentoring and supporting other entrepreneurs. Bill and his wife, Hannah, grew up in Richmond, VA. As heads of a military family, they know first-hand the stresses and challenges of relocation. They moved to the Atlanta area in 2006. When not serving his clients, Bill enjoys mentoring young people, traveling and spending time with family. You can also find him at the occasional poker table. Bill holds the prestigious GRI designation (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), is a Certified Brokerage Manager and has deep experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
L'Tanya Mathis, PSA, MRP
L'Tanya Mathis brings her experience as a quality consultant to KeMAT Realty. Prior to joining the agency, she managed diverse teams of professionals for clients across the country. Her work taught her how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive and a strong advocate for clients. L'Tanya has been an Atlanta-area resident for more than 20 years, relocating from North Carolina. She has witnessed with excitement the tremendous growth of communities throughout the metropolitan area. She recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working both inside and outside The Perimeter. She enjoys providing her clients with area information to help them settle into a community that meets their needs. L’Tanya is certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor.
